Delivery
*Please be aware that due to adverse weather conditions in some parts of the UK, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience*
Delivery Charge for Standard UK Delivery via Royal Mail is £3.50. Deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail, normally within 7 days and we make every effort to deliver goods within this time. Delays are generally outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will do our very best.
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, if the item is in stock. Items out of stock usually take 1-3 working days to fulfil. If it is likely to take longer, we will update you of any delays, expected wait time, etc.
We are able to deliver products from our website to many Countries in the European Union for £11.95. Delivery times may vary due to individual Countries Customs checks, and any additional taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If your country falls outside of the UK or EU, please contact us for shipping rates. We are happy to accommodate all international orders if possible.
Returns
If you would like to cancel your order, you have 12 hours after placing your order for full refund, including shipping. If your order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation, you will be refunded the price of your order minus shipping costs, and will be required to pay return shipping to: PO Box 798, Godalming, Surrey GU8 4WR.
All returned goods will be checked. Goods should be sent with your invoice and the reasons why you are returning the goods. Goods must be returned in a new, unused condition and with any labels still attached within ten working days. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or replacements on used goods or on goods that have been opened. We will not give refunds, exchanges or replacements on any goods that have been opened or used unless the item is faulty or damaged. Delivery charges will only be refunded in the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, or an incorrect item. Please notify us before returning any goods and ensure you obtain proof of postage for your own protection.
