Bee pollen is the pollen gathered by bees from the stamens of flowers.
It is collected from the hive as small pellets, which contain all the known nutrients necessary for human survival. It is an excellent vegetarian source of protein and one of the few vegetable sources that contains the complete B-complex, including vitamin B12. How to use:
Bee Pollen can be nibbled on, sprinkled over cereals and salads, or blended into fruit juices or smoothies.
Recommeded Dosage:
As a health supplement, take between 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon a day. For Hay Fever sufferers, start with 2-3 granules a day for one week, then double your dose each day until you are 1-3 tablespoons per day.
