• manuka honey
• apple cider vinegar
• water
• citric acid
• propolis extract 52mg
• Irish moss extract
• peppermint oil
• eucalyptus oil
• clove leaf oil
• lemon flavour
• xanthan gum
• fennel oil.
• Contains sugar from honey

Recommended Dosage (Children:) Give two teaspoonfuls (10ml) daily. Increase to a maximum of 40ml daily as required. Dilute with warm water as required.
