One in 10 white Europeans and 80% of non white races suffer from milk intolerance, the latter group of individuals due to a genetic lack of the correct enzyme secretion.
Lactase deficiency leads to the inability to digest the lactose in dairy products.
Biocare's Liquid Lactose, which is derived from Aspergillus Oryzae, has been shown to be effective in hydrolysing milk sugar(lactose), thus enabling individuals that are lactose intolerant to drink and eat milk products such as yoghurt, cheese and ice cream.

Directions:
Four drops to be added into one pint (568ml) of milk and refrigerate for 24 hours. Use as ordinary milk or as professionally directed. Approx 75 days supply. To support digestion further, use alongside Bio-Acidophilus. For infant digestion, use with Bifidobacterium infantis.
