Elevated homocysteine levels can increase a person's risk of heart attack.
Vitamin B6 is necessary for healthy nervous system. It helps the body process the essential fatty acid 'Linoleic acid' and assists the release of glycogen for energy from the liver. It helps body convert the amino acid 'Tryptophan' to niacin and assists the body to manufacture and convert amino acids and metabolise proteins.
