Chef Jay bought a little muffin shop and started providing local health clubs with healthy style bakery goods. Since then Chef Jay has devoted his life to producing the best tasting, healthiest bars and cookies available. Still made by Chef Jay himself (with a lot of help from team members), he hopes you enjoy eating them as much as he enjoys making them.
